•  In order to comply with AML Regulations, we will require from each client copy of passport, proof of address and business activity description. Please note that due diligence requirements vary in different jurisdictions and banks. We will inform you about the required documents in advance.

• Courier or translation expenses are charged in addition to the company package fees, where required.

• Fees are exclusive of VAT

• Extra charges will apply to company packages in case additional document preparation and/or legalization is required for complex corporate structures as well as if requested by a certain bank. Any extra charges shall be negotiated with the client in advance.

• Bank account opening by far depends on the quality and reliability of clients profile and business activity, as well as on the policy of the chosen bank. In case account opening application is declined by the bank, DARWIN TAX LIMITED can choose to refund partially or fully charges for bank introduction services, but not for the company package.

• Fees for accounting services and financial reports preparation depend on volume of the transactions. We can offer advance fee proposal provided that the client gives us full insight to the planned activity, turnover and number of invoices and contracts.
