Gibraltar has unique status within the European Union offering non-resident companies to be fully tax exempt. A Gibraltar company is a tax free entity, if its director and shareholders do not reside in Gibraltar and the profits are not remitted to Gibraltar banks. Gibraltar did not join EU Custom Union.  As a result, it is outside of VAT zone.
